I've been looking for the other track in this video forever. I think the sample right before the drop is something along the lines of "Welcome to my world" or something like that?

a proper deep A1 Bassline tune with the vocal "i wanna be like u" runnin through. Sounds nothing like his other stuff (ive been through about 10 youtube results pages) and ive only ever heard it once on a stella session from feb which makes me think skream may have got the artist wrong. Any help would be much appreciated.
