Samples are used, distributed, changed, modified and redistributed all the time. Many of the samples in the Vengeance packs are from other packs as well. Just part of the scene were in.
As far as I know, The Winstons &\or Gregory Coleman has never received any compensation for the use of the “Amen Break” which came from their song "Amen, Brother”. And that break stated an entire music scene (jungle, DnB). It’s also been used by some of the biggest hip-hop artist in the world, like NWA (straight out of Compton) for instance. And the Amen break was a 5.2 second sample!
So I'm pretty sure a kick or snare will go unnoticed and never get you in trouble for anything.

The snares are layered, got reverb, compression, distortion, saturation a whole tonne of effects on! They actually took a little time to get right, I think you'll find the likes of Skrillex, Flux, every producer out there in 'Brostep' will use the same technique with a vengeance sample pack but would u consider their snares to be 'stolen' because I know I wouldn't.
As for the fan thing, who doesn't want more listens on their music? Im pretty sure the main reasons people in this forum in the 'production, hardware & technical section' are here to help people, which is what ive pretty much done, and the term 'credit where credits due' comes to mind as I dont really know many people in the world who wouldn't give something away and not mention themselves, not even to be selfish or get a name it just seems to be common sense to name your own work after yourself?
+ Just to add to that as well, nobody makes you download them, I bet you've tried a few out and even used a few maybe.

Does anyone have sample pack 3?? HalfTone himself suggested I ask around seing as he no longer has it.
Am I allowed to say i'm willing to compensate for the time taken?
Shiit i thought that i have a good snare on my track, but these are just sick! Layered both of the snares to the track, since the old snare was little bit too muddy, or not that bright what these are.
Got to ask this, how many perc loops ppl use at the same time?

Seven. No more, no less
It depends on the track. Sometimes i program everything so i use none all track. sometimes it will be 3 or 4 and there have been times where I've had 8 or 9 going at once. If you just keep stacking on loops without thinking about where your groove is sitting rhythmically and sonically you will just end up with mess. a simple kick + snare + hi hat that is locked tight into the rhythm of the track is going to beat a stack of randomly stacked percussion loops and breaks any day of the week.

Ok, just asking because i have few of loops running at the track, but i started to think if its too much. They are quiet, just to give a littlebit of something to the track but still started to worry if thats too much. But ok thanks again

Why does Mediafire say that the 2nd and 3rd packs have been removed?

there`s one tambourine break "think" i think its called, you can drop it on anything and it wouldnt sound bad...
I usually drop percussion loop in the slicer, keep what I like, proceed to the next loop, same process till I`m satisfied.
