two days ago i drank rum and beer when sick and rode my bike and walked everywhere, i was shaking when i got home.
its just a coff now

pc didn't complete its overnight backup so now I have to sit through it for the next 4-5 hours and also manage to complete a shit load of work before the long weekend.
