I`m generally very tolerant but she`s too much.

A plank could outsmart her.

We had a very bright Industrial Engineer that was mooore than capable.
He unfortunately took a back hand from a customer and lost his job.
The union controls our company so therefore all affirmative action posts need to be considered over white candidates.
I`m even in that situation.
I`m a permanent contractor because the head count in my office is too biased towards white people.
That`s only because it`s an engineering office requiring the correct skills and knowledge.
So I cannot get a fulltime post here as I`m the wrong skin color.
In fact, I was even told that when I went for the promotion.
Now I get the acting allowance as a psuedo promotion but can`t get the title.

As it is, I`ve already been asked by this women to help her measure a box in 3D.
The basis of her job is working in Autocad but she asks me to show her.

I know the temptation is there to crack it, but you're probably better off resisting it and just letting it relax and de-tense on its own.
