Mine was pretty painless. Just do as Kay said, go to the good dentist, as there are too many butchers around. You'll need someone with a good aim for anesthetic shots too!
Good luck!

It was absolutely fine when I had it done, although that's probably because my mind was on a white sandy beach while my body was in the chair.
Zen and the art of pain control ftw
Didn't hurt ... but I was already fucked on painkillers when I went to the dentist + 2 big doses of anesthetics before the thing.

Taking a break from cannabis with so much work to do was a very bad idea. I handle stress about as well as a cardboard kettle handles water when I'm going without. Rage.

put on weight, cut muscle and feel better
i've gone in and out of a couple phases of really good workout/results, topped out at 180lbs and i just know i feel 1000x better in day to day activity when i'm exercising. Right now i wake up tired and can't wait for bed and then i lay down and feel stiff and tense and can't sleep i'm just a pile of shit and bones right now physically

if you are perpetually tired I would recommend getting on a pretty strict cardio routine
on top of that i would find time for weight training so that you can improve or at the very least maintain your muscle mass
its important to switch up the workout regiments not only because its boring as shit to do the same thing, but also that your body will get use to the motions and you must always keep it guessing

@Today
I don't know what your diets like but if you're eating a lot of saturated fats that will be the cause of your fatigue.
try having a month of alcohol and keep an eye on your calories.

Went Muay Thai training for the first time in ages. It was great to be back, was mainly all fitness stuff this time. Absolutely knackered now. All of my body feels worn out. Which is fucking great, needed that right now.
However what's pissed me off:
I have loads of fucking massive blisters on my feet from the wooden floor there. Got up to go piss and was bumbling about like an old man as they sting like fuck if I put weight on them

Not exactly pissed, but learning to use Ableton. Any new program can be frustrating....

Entry door to my block is broken, so it's constantly making the BUUUUUZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ sound when you let someone in.
Right underneath my room. All night.

My back's FUCKED.
Shoulder was a bit dodgy last week, then I drove to Somerset and something in the centre of my spine suddenly pulled tight in the fast lane of the M4.. had a couple of days off work and managed to get my back moving again yesterday with a MASSIVE crack, but back in the office today and I'm soooorrrreeee.
