Tried converting from degrees minutes seconds to decimal coordinates but it just gave me random locations in china.

The question is Latitude and Longitude in american and the start of each place name would have spelt H.E.Y.G.U.Y.Z

I used Google Earth. The places the coordinates showed me made no sense
Should've given us better coordinates dzaniella.

Also, the hours in the OP, are that the hours you drink your tea?

I was going after the abbreviations of the state names (waconcnyutmitx) , so I think I should win 'cause I was closest.
