in-the-freaking-bag!!! A-side offers me pure rawness, Ugly Face has SUCH a raw groove! Can't wait to get it shipped over the pond! The B-sides are making this one of my favorite releases this year too! I can see myself using all three tracks in a set, but seriously, that A-side is stellar!
Has 'What U Gonna Do' been released? Jus I ordered from RedEye, and they emailed sayin it hadnt been released! But it shows in other stores (and redeye) as being released!

WHEELYDEALY002 Glitchy Finger – Kutz Wheel & Deal Records 12″ Vinyl
Finish Copy Promo’s. Full Artwork Sleeves. Rewind from the recent 003 (Matt-U) release and we see a debut release on N-Type’s label from London based supremo KUTZ, famed for his releases early in his career on Soul Jazz. Typifying the gritty side of the dubstep sound with his hard hitting Coki-esque beats, big support for his music comes from Skream, N-Type, Chef, Hatcha and the majority of the London heads. More music needed by this producer, snap this one up quick!
a Kutz – Glitchy Finger
b Kutz – Twilight Zone
DP032 International Roots (LD Remix) – Mungos Hi Fi Ft. Earl 16 Dub Police Records 12″ Vinyl
Returning to Dub Police after the massive success of ‘Peace In Our Culture’ (featured on part six of the ‘License To Thrill Series’) for his first single on the label, is South East London’s LD. Kicking things off is the sweet vibes of ‘International Roots’, with it’s smooth vocals, luscious pad stabs and LD’s signature rolling and driving beats, any fan of the usual heaviness from this man will most defiantly not be disappointed. Wicked vibes! On the flip LD goes all tribal on us, with the highly sought after ‘King Of Kong’, which has been gaining huge support from the likes of Caspa, Mala, Chef, N-Type, Benga & TheOthers to name a few. LD sets the scene with a jungle landscape, before the heavy tribal rhythms that lead the way for a drop that will get even the most stubborn of raversshaking their ass! An absolutely outstanding release from man like LD, and Dub Police yet again raising the bar in their quest of pushing good new music.
a Mungos Hi Fi Ft. Earl 16 – International Roots (LD Remix)
b LD – The King of Kong
DP034 When I Look At You – Emalkay Dub Police Records 12″ Vinyl
Dub Police drop an absolute peach of a single here from Birmingham’s ever rising star Emalkay. This side see’s the massive ‘When I Look At You’ get a release, and with support from Caspa, Benga, Skream, N-Type & just about anyone who is anyone battering the living daylights out of this tune its not hard to see why this has now got to the anthem status it so thoroughly deserves. A real epic intro with luscious pads and pitched vocals, before an absolutely ferocious drop of squelching bass and stomping beats. So big, its criminal! The flip couldn’t be any more different, but don’t let that put you off. ‘Angie Got Stoned’ is sheer genius with its quirky piano lead, skippy beats, sweet vocals and warm bass. In all honesty words cannot really give this track any justice, just listen to it yourself and enjoy this masterpiece that Emalkay has unleashed on to the world. An absolutely essential release for any dubstep fan!
a Emalkay – When I Look At You
b Emalkay – Angie Got Stoned
All three available to order at redeye and uptown records for friday shipping. DP034 is on chemical now, assuming the others will be up soon.
