i need to stop doing record shopping at work

noticed i got a big glare from one of the network guys so checked the web console and apparently i account for 20% of the company's bandwidth today

don't all companies have piping for Internet?

i.e 200mb a second or something ridiculous?

well yeah the connection hasn't slowed down or anything but still... pretty obvious that i'm doing something other than working

i've used almost 2 gigs just in streaming audio from chemical which is surprising

Trapped a nerve or aggravated a nerve on monday night and
have numbness in both calves and heels and down the right
arm. Everything is functional, but I have pins and needles everywhere.

It felt like it was getting better yesterday but today it's all over my body.
I can't even feel my butt-cheeks at the moment.

Couldn't get an Osteopath appt. til tomorrow - this week has been a write off.

On a more serious note, it's fucking frightening though, sod being paraplegic or

I know that - I was trying to imply that that this numbness is taking the piss
