really cool track man. I was about to tell you it all seemed a bit messy in the top end and then that second drop sorta thing sorted it out perfectly. what are you using for your tracks?

It is a work-in-progress, and this is really just the beginning of the song.. this isn't even a sketch.. it's just the first couple of lines on the paper.
You can be as harsh as you wish, just don't flame..
Thank you!

Nice, dark atmosphere to dis tune bruv, gna sound greazy wen its finished...
Thank you! :D
I'm happy to hear positive feedback on it. I changed the bass to a more filthy/growling sound.

I think I'll have to take back on the strength though.. Like last & least said, a bit too in your face.
Thanks again!
Liking this one a lot, even with the huge bass. It only sounds too intense when it first comes in, but I like it. Aggressive ambiance is good.

Really liking this one as well! Sounds like what might be blasting from a loud speaker a top a mosque almost, if the mosque was run by cyborgs. Hope to hear the finished version some time, keep it up.

*Edit* Awh shit, didnt realize it was the same song from the last comment I posted, sorry for the double post!

Cheers everyone!

This is a tune I've been working on... its kind of a remix (but not quite) using vocalsamples and melodylines from a friend of mine. The original is a minimal house tune...

I would very much appreciate comments and feedback, especially as this is my first serious attempt at dubstep...

sorry for the double post! - Yes, they're the same, but with different basses. But now I'm not sure which one you like more. :?
But thanks for the feedback, I'm glad to hear/read that there actually are people who want to hear it when it's done. :)
Hip-Hop had the advantage of being born before the age of information (the internet).
It had time to develop naturally into the complex subculture it is today. Dubstep didn't have a chance.
If Hip-Hop was a fully developed husky feared by millions, then Dubstep is the inbred chihuahua on steroids incapable of living but adored by billions.

first time im asking for feedback on a tune. how would u guys define production value. cuz im probably going to b using this for a contest and its based on song writing and production value. i want the production to b as good as i can make it. i havent done a lot of eq or mastering yet and i think im going to make the intro longer and add some little beeps and boops in some spots. wat else do u guy think i should do.

Not bad, I like the drums and the samples and the arrangement a lot, the bass patches aren't bad either, just needs a bit more punch or edge. Add some compression and maybe some phase distortion (applied sparingly) or some bitcrushing?

All in all I like it though! Keep it up!

Here's my latest part. Any feedback much appreciated!

Sounds reel Fat, lovin the drop - so thanks for serious bob it get my head doin.

The Plateau could use some work though, The vocal and riders are alright, but in the beginning they really aint doin enough for me to keep the song goin till the stutterd womps come in.

Dont get me wrong, it works well and sounds pretty good, but keep building - id love to hear a finished product.
