Didn't raid last year till Monday. Year before that it properly chucked down on the last night, thunderstorms and all (that was at a different location though). Early September can be iffy in Croatia, that's why peak tourist season ends at the end of August.

Two arena's down near the harbouseide is what I've been told.

My mate just got back from Croatia, she said the locals were all like 'we only get 3 days of rain a year here' and she got 2 days of run. by that logic, it can only possibly rain one day (i like my logic)

I just realised i forget to buy my campsite hostel tickets even though i bought an additional hostel night ticket...shit.

I'm camping this year, small group too! only me, my mate and a girl. should be sweet anyways, but she's nagging about not having anywhere to plug in her straighteners and camera to charge.... so how did people go about charging stuff (or plugging in you're straighteners) lol

P.S anyone on the easyjet flight to venice marco polo on the 30th from london? and out of you is anyone from the north west? haha i have made travel so awkward...

I think there's a charging outlet somewhere in the campsite. Might be near the bathrooms?

In the same boat as MikeE. Third year running I've been screwed over with regards accommodation. Don't actually know why I keep trying.

really?! On what grounds, had you paid the deposit etc too?

No deposit, just been queueing for 2 months, telling me everything's in hand, they'll send me a link for the deposit soon. Then I get an email today that says I either have to share with random people or pay for a 3-bed myself. I would've gladly paid for the whole thing 2 months ago too. All the other local agencies have also been tied up for ages too so they are too busy or have no places left to rent either.

This is my fourth year going. Brilliant show of support.
