'intensive purposes' is usually a mishearing of 'intents and purposes' ... and if you take it literally, it has a different meaning: 'for all intents and purposes' versus 'for all intensive purposes' (i.e. not for all purposes, only for intensive ones)

Intents, definitely. Object X is good for all your intended needs or purposes. Intensive purposes makes no sense to me.

Ha Ha, so much cross pollination of slang across the globe, expedited by the internet and media.

Caj is an 80's era American slang, probably west coast. It's caj... It's cool.

Same difference was always just said same dif... whatever...

There are loads of phrases in here that I have used or still sometime use.
