I doubt Bush literally knew bin Laden was planning to attack the WTC with airplanes, but it is well known that the government was aware that bin Laden and al Queda had ambitious plans during August and early September, 2001. Bush was informed of this several times, and even asked for further investigation at one point, but apparently he didn't give it enough consideration.SCope13 wrote:In all seriousness....i dont think that Bush orchestrated 9/11, but I think he had prior knowledge of it and just kinda let it happen tbh imo

Fair enough. I'll agree that Bush was waiting for some shit to kick off so he could finish his daddys job. That's why he was an ass hole. Responsible for 9/11? Nah, that's stretching a bit far.dubunked wrote:I doubt Bush literally knew bin Laden was planning to attack the WTC with airplanes, but it is well known that the government was aware that bin Laden and al Queda had ambitious plans during August and early September, 2001. People asking how (for example) 1000 deaths from chemical warfare is different to 2000 deaths from bullets.. its the message, if this slides, every country with an 'uprising' is gonna be doing the same, obviously.

If the Turks and Saudis (pretty influential in the Middle East) really cared, they would have put a stop to this shit a long time ago.

Nope not dizzy. I received my intell from the source. Can't say what I did in the Army but I will say it changed my perception on things good and bad. Before you start on with the whole, you were lied to even more being a brain washed soldier bla bla bla, just know I had to have precise intell to do my job correctly. Definitely not things that they would tell civilians. I'm not some ass whole harping on shit I don't know about. There are truths to some conspiracys and there are the ones that were made up out of anger and spite. A lot of people hated bush, sorry to tell you that conspiracy is a bunch of bull shit.bennyfroobs wrote:'paranoid and delusional' to question the constant stream of bullshit and lies that comes from politicians and mainstream media, r u dizzy

Oh he'll no dude. We lost. Afganahstan is a tribal government based country and that will never change. Trying to make afganahstan a domacracy was fucking stupid and really wasn't our place to do so. It was a stupid fucking war just like Vietnam and I lost a lot of really close friends to it.Terpit wrote:You think you guys won in Afghanistan?Devilsindub wrote:MrBlack wrote:Bush is responsible for more deaths than assad ever will be. It's cool man I don't blame you for expecting that kind of attitude. Unfortunately there are a lot of young Americans that have the cocky we're unstoppable attitude. When you actually live the war you definitely know that every man is vulnerable and can lose his life in an instant. America is not invinsable like everybody thinks. We have very capable soldiers but we have taken our beatings.

OT: talking to one of my friends who is extremely clued up on politics and he basically confirmed everything that was posted on page 7, that the oflama administration doesnt give a shti about being humanitarians they only care about being imperialist capitalist wankers and breaking even further into middleastern markets, and farting on iran, syria etc, trying to destabilise the goverments to steal all the oil/whatever else, get them under the thumb n shit. im certain usa planted the seeds of the uprising in syria somehow, ive heard that all the syrian "rebels" are just basically hired thugs... :-/////
agree with what u said about afghanistan. apparently is even worse than before usa/uk went in there; just as much corruption and cruelty in the new regieme as there was with the taliban in charge, in some areas its even worse than when the taliban were around. dat middle east. power hungry men is like a staple of their culture, like u said its just tribes n clans fighting for power. democracy will never ever work, especially not if we force it on these middle eastern countries. just look at egypt, they voted in the muslim brotherhood democratically, and then it turned out they were manic tyrants. BUT they were voted in democratically, and now instead of more elections theyre all just going mental. (it is egypt right??? im too five-toned for this serious crack)

And a lot more old Americans too. I call it 'murica syndrome. They are born a "clean slate", grow up in America and unknowingly make jokes about our arrogance and false invincibility. The word 'murica comes from that Team America World Police song, which is totally making fun of America's attitude towards the rest of the world. People however embrace the arrogance and repeat the "murica" joke so many times that it starts to become their actual ideology. Not only do they become arrogant, but they are aware of how arrogant they are and they embrace it. Arrogance and arbitrary irrationality become the highest virtues, valued above reason and humility. They think they are entitled to be arrogant, because they're 'muricans - the greatest people in the world.Devilsindub wrote:It's cool man I don't blame you for expecting that kind of attitude. By the time they're 30-40, the mindset has become so cemented that they become hardcore conservatives, infatuated with guns and war, the exact thing that they used to make fun of when they made the "murica" joke. I've seen it happen to several of my friends. It's a very sad condition.
