I hate that junk food and food in general is becoming tasteless bland shite cos fat people are fucking stupid. Why is it that my pot noodle has no taste? its got a new label saying 50% less salt and 25% less fat tho. If i want to eat healthy, i will, but just cos some twats who don't exercise and have weak spirits keep making UK the fattest nation in europe, i can't enjoy a dirty, stinking but tasty pot noodle on this horrible hangover.

agreed. I had 3 flavors of pot noodles while i was there. they all pretty much sucked. whats with the super creamy sauce too? and beef and tomato flavor - its beef flavor with a ketchup packet. mmmmm! ketchup on my noodles! im all over that!

Food in britain is mostly shite. The stuff that they're selling as their luxury top end stuff is pretty much the quality of what it was 25 years back. Tomatoes are supposed to be red and they've been this lacklustre, unripe orange for years. Think it's probably got a lot to do with irradiation and keeping stuff lasting longer. A report a few years back said that what was being sold as "fresh" had less vitamins in it than stuff that had been sold frozen.

Its to do with idiot customers who expect, nay demand, perfect looking fruit and veg. And the companies who give in. (over time)

Its the reason all strawberries in supermarkets are El Santa, its a fucking bland taste, but looks pretty good i supose.

Organic in UK, is better quality, just.

yeah. also, the weather in the UK is so much better for vegetable growth than southern cali desert where i live, put seeds in the ground and they just grow. grow your own food. a homegrown salad is cheaper than pot noodles.

It might be so much better but most stuff is grown cheaper in south america and then flown here. You'd also need a garden and or allotment to grow food here, of which I have neither
