maybe they dont read papers??! ;)

so thats the way to go for the next one... cept i just suggested it here..

shit...

-seriously tho... these things escalate after a party or two has been successful- and a forum is an obvious place to look if ur OB n ur suspicious it's gonna happen again. i may be wrong - but it certainly seems to have happened that way berfore from what i've seen

-but then, often i find if ur stubborn enough you can still have fun - it's just a case of keeping it low key...

i'm hoping they soldja'd n found somewhere;)

i would also just like to say a massive big up to the organisers for this

the night might not have come off but a hell of a lot of work went into it, in advance and tonight.

finding a second venue at short notice ain't easy.

not to mention the fact they got as far as setting up the whole rig, tidying up the place etc. only to have to pack it up again

just a shame the old bill got wind.

you know though, that when the next abacus party happens. it's going to be huge!

tonight's incident should not effect their rep. they do things correct. just a case of shitty luck this evening.

wise words boom and yeah second that, big respect to abacus for manning it through one bust, setting up again and then taking it on the chin from another OB shake up, its a shame it didn't work out this evening but there's still time for more in the future innit

shame about the turn of events, had a ridiculous night despite it though...just got home after a skank to mala's selection at fabric and a long kotch outside farringdon station

hope the next one remains under the radar, well played to those who tried to make it all come together.

time for bed i think

it was good...didnt get there til just before 4 as it was the backup plan after a night at rhythm factory was thwarted by bouncers checking cubicles with terrifying accuracy

i'm still thoroughly underwhelmed by the sound systems at fabric though...even room one had barely any bass to talk of. mala was good cause of his selection and the grinning family of skankers in room 3

Shame, was looking forward to this...
