Looks like Foul Play have been living up to their name.

ain't your label the one what sitll hasn't paid a certain producer who will remain nameless.. But every time he asks you, you ignore or say you've sent it... Wouldn't surprise me if you're associated or at least look up to them if you don't pay your artists, or even this one producer, if so you're dumb cause this producer is gunna be huge and would probably keep wanting you to put out releases and you'll be earning quite a bit just from one artist, which means you could sign moree artists, basic business ethics, start small, make smart investments to big pay offs in the end.Atreus wrote:1. Adversion is in no way associated with foulplay, It is a project by me and Sighnature so that we dont have to deal with being a middle man in this type of shit, and middleman when it comes to payments etc. As proof of that, One of my tunes is also on this release, which is signed to Adversion Recordings. I dont want this situation to be directed in any way to the business of Adversion, Cause there is no connection.
2.I have all conversations with artists aimlogged, which as soon as a can get to my old HD i'll Pull those up which will show all of the following:
the tunes in question were signed to foulplay verbally yes, just wanted written contracts as well which some of them werent returned, yes i did send him a pack with all of the tunes and said that they were upcoming tunes, and that once i got contracts and wavs they would be good, i gave him mp3s to be able to perform shows with, and promote. That was almost a year ago now that i gave them to him.
I stopped running foulplay dubstep, many months ago, to focus on adversion, that was in august, around then ABZ said he didnt want to release the tunes now, along with the cringer tunes, DLX still said he was down, that is the last i dealt with foulplay signing wise, i sent pro a message telling him about the abz and cinger tunes, and thought i was done with it. NO I WAS NOT UNDER A ROCK SMOKIN METH, SORRY, GOT A BIT MORE CLASS THAN THAT.
I first heard about this release about 1 week ago, i had nothing to do with its release, period, we told pro that the abz and cringer tunes couldnt be released at that point also, along with my tune that was released on our Label. the fact that it is released now is beyond me, and beyond my doings
My name and the name of Adversion recordings doesn't need to be drawn into this or slandered upon, because i have nothing to do with this, and we are all on the same side of the fence with this situation.

sad story about a label which f***s his own a**!
ha
It cost money to get a lawyer and go through all that bullshit and there is very little money that can be recouped anyway. The best we can do is make people aware and make sure no one else gives them tunes or tries to do business with them.CliffHanga wrote:this is seriously cuntish.
why has there not been any legal action yet?
