[quote="Rönin"]Hahaha yeah true that, listening to pirates shouting "I'M GONNA GUT THIS MOTHERFUCKER WHEN I FIND HIM" 20 times and in the end never finding you can also become quite long

I can't read the rest of your post :D

Yeah I just had a mass killing spree, about 8 pirates dead from bombs..everything on fire and i just heard one guy go "Ahhh..oh well, I bet it's just those rebels messing with us" I'm like, I've set your mate on fire...he's burning and screaming right next to you...THIS IS NOT A WIND UP"

It's rare that someone gets stylized graphics right, combine that with puzzles (I hope it's on the level of the Myst series) and I'm sold even if Blow made it seem pretentious as fuck a la Braid.
Pretty sure besides buying a house (an unfurnished one) he invested all the money he made from Braid into making The Witness. Guy is eccentric as hell and that's awesome.

They're really going all out with the HD remakes, aren't they? I just saw an HD remake collection of the previous 3 Hitman games as well as an HD Killzone bundle.

It's strange because many of us have ben playing on high end systems for years in pretty damn hi res.
It must be for consoles.

Yep it is for consoles. The old PC versions can be played at higher res on PC than the new HD collection.
What would have been nice is if they ported the older games to the new engine they used for Absolution, that and sorting out the music licensing issue with Contracts so it could get sold on digital download sites again.

Bit the bullet and started playing 2007 Runescape. I had to, I spent alot of time as a kid playing this game and now that they've mirrored exactly how it was when I enjoyed it most, it's bringing back bare good memories.

its all on the rs website man, give it a read
http://services.runescape.com/m=poll/rs2007-server

you have to be a member to vote and get early access, but bear in mind members get a free month once the poll is over so you're not really paying to vote, more to play the first month

let me know if you start playing it haha

been really wanting to get far cry 3 on ps3, after looking at gameplay from ps3 and xbox the screen tearing looks really bad.
any1 got it on xbox or ps3 that can confirm if the screen tearing happens that much and if you found it a big problem?
i'd much rather worse graphics if it meant it ran smoother.
i don't play a lot of games now days and have only really noticed screen tearing on battlefield bad company 1 and maybe 2. that didn't really bother me much, well with 1 as there was no real pretty graphics to look at in the first place.

Duuuuude. One of my favourite games ever. It's so fucking deep and really grips me. The music and the setting is just incredible. The boss battles are horrible however. But really, the main menu music... Absolutely fantastic. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did mate.
