No, I get it. It's what I don't like about tight shirts, but they usually look better on me, I think.Agent 47 wrote:do you know what i mean though?

Re: Working Out....
I fucking hate baggy clothes. Cant stand them. I generally wear tight polos, t shirts, and skinny jeans. One of the main reasons, is because of my tattoos look better with tight clothes.
That's another reason why I don't want to beef up, because it'll stretch my tattoos.

Re: Working Out....
I've had to up my caloric intake to 3400. I know it's not super much, but my appetite has been decreasing like mad and it's a struggle to eat it all. Fuck

Re: Working Out....
I'm busting through my squatting plateaeu. I just couldn't get to squatting 110 kilos. I was stuck at 107.5 for weeks, then I did and one week later, I'm already gonna up it to 112.5 kilos and the way I managed that (squatting lower, with better form, with less exhaustion) I think I'll get to 117.5 rather quickly, hopefully 120 before I start cutting in October. I probably weigh like 74 kgs now (I probably look heavier, I'm a fairly light person)
I do my 10 rep max in 4 sets, btw. And I add weight when the first set is 12 reps. So I usually do 30 reps with 3 90 second rests between each set (Usually I go like this 12 > 8 > 6 > 4 reps per set)
I went through the calf raise machine within 3 legdays btw. Now I do calf raises at 190 kg in the smith machine (only thing it's good for).
Curling 65 kg doing lying cable curls.
Anyway, what happened to the homie Jurrecane? Wasn't he big on calisthenics and bodyweight exercises? I think that when I'm done cutting (starting in October, done in December/January) I want stop training like I do now, and switch to doing the big three (squats, deadlifts, benches) and the rest just bodyweight exercises in a 3 day split. Give myself a new challenge. I'd like some more information on a good routine like that.

Re: Working Out....
Still lurking
Working on gymnastic type of shit at the moment (which is hard to progress at when you're over 190cm..).
Started doing weighted pull ups, but had some elbow trouble. So really changing my workouts around gymnastic mobility and such, never felt so good. Mobile and flexibility in shoulders is key also for weight lifters.
If you need any tips on bodyweight stuff give me a shout. I've done all the basics, dips/pull ups/ push ups/ pistol squats etc. for some time with various progressions, going towards harder stuff now.

Re: Working Out....
You can go a lot of ways with bodyweight workouts.
It's actually very diverse.
You can go like the streetworkout guys with tons of reps. Going for supersets between dips, push ups, pull ups, muscle ups etc, with pretty low intensity
Most gymnasts have low rep ranges for pure strength (they also work straight arm strength, which is why they have got huge arms).
I guess you could just got for the normal 'fitness' rep ranges with the exercises. Once you kinda got an understand of the progressions of every exercises you can make a program fairly easy.

Re: Working Out....
Other than pistol squats, what's decent for legs? There are lunges and stuff, but when you're used to squatting a decent amount of weight and using machines, I can't see how bodyweight exercises can really compete. Do you do superhigh reps with that to compensate?
