Valium isn't a sleeping pill. its anti anxiety medication. It makes some people who aren't used to it feel sleepy as a side effect.
in fact you cant REM sleep on Valium so it makes you feel groggy even if you get a lot of sleep.

It has a half life of about 72 hours due to active metabolites so dont expect to do anything constructive the next day haa

I know why mandy makes my eyes bug out, I'm just confused as to why they are still bugged out well over 24 hours after i've come down
