Went for a curry with mates.

They all were being moist and ordered chicken kormas. To show them what absolute fucking pussys they were being I ordered a lamb vindaloo, asked for it extra hot.

On principle I manned the fuck up and finished it, which was a bit of a rinse on the korma eating pussyoles.

Anyway, later that night I woke up sweating, stomach-killing me, ears ringing. Went to the loo and chundered, then shat out a ball of fire.

Next day I was pretty much immobilised, unable to move anywhere without a loo readily available.

Anyway had the vindaloo on Friday, my throat still feels weird.

House mate been getting with my mate's girlfriend for the last few months, all came out the other night. Lied to my mate's face and even let him apologise on numerous occasions for being "paranoid". One of my best mates turned into a stranger in one night, but that's not the worst of it. Tbh I was glad he left Leeds, glad to be shot of him - thought we were done. Well, I thought it could've been a fun experience, so when they asked me if I wanted to come I said yes. However, 2 minutes before we left one of my co-workers thought it was the right time to mention that it was going to be a 90 minute drive to get there... So it was a bit late to back out at that point.

The flying bit turned out to be quite alright though, the sky had cleared up a bit so I was able to see land most of the time, but it was definitely not worth the 3,5 hours in the car and over an hour of waiting in a freezing hangar.

Mother fucker, my hypochondria is back in full force. I have a show in two days and I'm too tired/nauseous/dizzy to convince myself I'm gonna blow it if I don't put in a few hours of practice. I don't even understand where all my anxiety came from, this time last year I was the chillest person ever, now I have panic attacks every time I put something into my body and I'm convinced that I'm dying of every disease known to man. This is the worst.

my friend group is falling apart for no reason, theres been no beef, nothing. 2 years ago there was like 6ish good mates with some mates and now its like me and umpz lone wolfing it. like our good mates have gone to mates seeing them like once a week. people not trusting eachother and snaking about.
