2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
cm size of grated ginger
zest and juice of half a lime
tsp of honey
the best dressing ever IMO
or the simplest
balsamic vinegar and grated garlic
fuck all them mayo type ones doe

on a working out tip...
ive been doing a 3 day split of upper body, lower body, and then a calisthenics day
im getting really bad elbow pain from the calisthenics - pull ups and dips mostly :/ any ideas why?

If you've only just started doing pull ups, elbow pain will be from the elbow and surrounding muscles are undeveloped, so you're putting too much of a strain on them.
Try doing assisted pull ups on a lower bar, then switch up to resting your toes on a chair using the normal bar.
If the pain doesn't go away, then check your form.

hmm yeah
im fairly new to it, but i do sets with 10-15 reps so i would of thought id built up the strength in all the right places
also i try to do very slow, controlled movements to make sure my forms good
give it another month n if it doesnt go ill stop doing them. dont wanna fuck up manz elbows

No shame in scaling it back slightly and doing assisted ones whilst you build up your strength.

You can use the Smiths machine. Set the bar at it's highest, then rest your toes on the bench and do them that way.
