it could have been a lot worse! The car is a write-off for sure, the front end is completely crumpled, was on dual carraigeway so 60-70 into a car going maybe 20-40 I reckon, happened pretty fast. It wasn't his (my boss's) fault really, car infront of the car infront seemingly braked hard for no reason, guy infront of us had a newer/better car and stopped in time, our wheels just locked and bam.

That happened to my wife.
Same sequence of events except she was driving the middle car.
Front and back, trashed.
And she has whiplash injuries 1 year later that she battles with.

At least you guys are alright.
It could have been very bad.

I'm doing the bad thing and googling my symptoms lol. Not excited at what I'm seeing, they seem to say you don't feel the extent of injury until atleast the next morning, I'm a labourer too so if my neck is out then I have no work. (though now we don't have a van to get to work anyway ).

Feel sorry for my boss tbh. He got the van 2 days ago on borrowed money, and the police said it was his fault.

As your boss rear ended somone Im pretty sure it automaticly makes it his fault, atleast when it comes ot insurance stuff anyway. Could have been loads worse though.
