Croatian drug laws are fucking stupidly strict. I mean there were plenty people who were fucked up but still it's pretty bad. Wouldn't really want to be caught just smoking weed.

If they want to they can arrest and charge you for being fucked. Though they haven't enforced that in my experience there.... If they see you with something they will bust you, if you are massively fucked up, they might search you, or ask you if you can get anything, then bust you if you cooperate.

Few mates got busted last year and they were fined about £500-800 each in court the very next day.

Just be very careful if you insist on doing them. Personally I don't bother with drugs out there, completely pointless unless you've taken them yourself, all the prices I heard were at least 250% you'd pay here.

Get some fucking pivo down you and be done with it

Yeah, I'd say make sure that as soon as you're flying you don't have anything on you. I'd never sell/buy on site.
