understandable, but it's incredibly difficult to make progress without hitting your macros daily with around 8 hours sleep

hell, you can get shifaced and do loads of coke, just so long as you eat enough and sleep

which I know is quite difficult

it's probably more like this; you starve yourself during the weekend and during the week your body eats to make up for it.

to each their own of course. i'm not actually trying to get larger, it's just one of the side effects of speed and strength training

170 cm / 75 kg / if I had to guess bmi, 15%

i've gained about 15 kg in the last 2.5 months, since i started growing my beard. at that time i was 61 kg and probably around 8% bodyfat. it's quite the transformation

but the real successes are my running and cycling times, as well as weight increases

yeah fairplay thats good going

im like 188cm/90kg/ and probably like 20% body fat

i wanna stay the same weight and drop to like 10-15% but i know thats pretty impossible so ill probably end up dropping to like 80-85kg :/

^ but you'll slowly get that back over your next few bulk cycles. what are your core compound figures (DL/Squat/Bench) wobbles/ezza

technically you can totally stay the same weight and drop bodyfat%, cuz muscle is far more dense compared to fat, plus the more muscle you have, the quicker you can burn fat

my stats are similar to ezza's, I can bench a little more. I also don't deadlift, it's the one motion I refuse; I have a very slight scoliosis (which is just my excuse) really though fuck deadlifts

fair enough wobbles but ezza you should try working on your technique just with the bar/no weight and try to remove the lower back out of the initial lift (get your ass lower than you knees). Even just trying rack pulls for a while.

my biggest gains came from DL

No, I'm not big at all.

my lifts are not where they used to be. I've dropped weight on my compounds by around 20% and have gained a few kg's due to lack of exercise/time in the gym this year.
