rap/dubstep mashups and remixes
Re: rap/dubstep mashups and remixes
Hey, I really enjoy bands like Foreign Beggars. Their sound is pretty awesome.
Here's one of their latest song. (I think.)

This guy's amazing. He goes way back and has been an independent rapper for probably decades now. His whole remix album of Therapy at 3 is incredible definitely worth checking out and if you dig a little you'll find it for free on his website.

No, they're ok. Especially their Skrillex remixes. They're so innovative and original. I admire that. Problem?SCope13 wrote:You're trolling, right?dzubz wrote:Hey, I really enjoy bands like Foreign Beggars. Their sound is pretty awesome.

Re: rap/dubstep mashups and remixes
there's this great streamed mix i heard once, it was Kode9 and Wiley and they did loads of this. i believe it were referred to as "grime," but of the newer "dubstep" affiliation. Wiley affirmed numerous times that they were in fact "dubsteppin'" at the time, and it might not exactly be the same as "rap," but his rhyming was terrific, and there was ample dubstep. Anyone know what i'm talkin about or where to find an archive of this?
