A week ago or so I recieved some wrong records, and Steve's response was that that he would send the right ones straight away and that i could just keep the wrong ones. Seriously, that's good service and mentality!

First off: redeye is da bomb. best online record store out there.
however, two things have been bugging me recently.

1. whenever I make an order that should either be reserved or contains reserved items (ya kno, checked the box) AND my bank declines the transfer (or I lose connection during confirmation, or sagepay comes up with some error, or... you get the hang of it), the "Reserved Items"-checkbox will disappear. I have no clue why this is. I sent Tom an email about this, then checked again a few days later, everything was dandy, apologised to Tom, made an order, got a sagepay error, and now the "Reserved Items"-option is hidden again. freaks me out. anyone know why this is and if so, under what conditions the box will appear again? don't wanna get on Tom's nerves, I'm kinda embarassed after the first few mails I sent him.
