I play a tune of his called "twenty minutes" quite often. Glitchy and works in a dubstep set.

again whilst amazing i don't see how he is glitchy....he is choppy and has some cool noises but glitchy is autechre, matmos etc...ghosthack is glitchcy as are funckarma as they have a lot of cool sounds that don't really go anywhere but build further soundscapes

Check out some of the releases on Gamma Audio, we just finished a remix for them of a pretty glitchy track.

by my name is not billy
most of these have been said here allready but to summerise into one list you should check out:
Cardopusher (no-ones mentioned him yet, he's excellent)
Akira Kitashi (go buy Pinball E.P. - )
Boxcutter
Pacheko
Raffertie (tracks like Stomping ground VIP and Octogon)
Reso (not exactly glitch but would certainly fit into the sort of sounds you're probably after, and also incredebly good!)
ghosthack
edIt/Glitch mob (not really dubstep but some tracks do have dubstep feel. look up the glitch mob remix of "all the cash" by evil 9 for exalmple)
