Alien. The soundtrack to that film is perfect, the film is perfect too. One of the best films ever.

Fumio Hayasaka - The Seven Samurai. I love all the music Hayasaka did for Kurosawa but this one is a bit special.

Ennio Morricone - All of the Leone westerns, but 'For A Few Dollars More' is my favourite film soundtrack of all

Nino Rota & Carmine Coppola - The Godfather Trilogy

Bernard Herrman - Taxi Driver / North By Northwest / Fahrenheit 451 / Psycho etc. Greatest film music composer in cinema history?

John Barry - 007 / Dr No

Leonard Bernstein - West Side Story

Vangelis - Blade Runner

Sergei Prokofiev - Ivan The Terrible Part 1

Clint Mansell - Pi / Requiem For A Dream
Hit that long lunar note and let it float ...

Blade Runner for soundtrack (vangelis!!) (it's also some score)

Rambo First Blood Part 2 (for the score)

I consider the score to be different than soundtrack/OST/tune packs.
