If so we would be keen that you refer to the UK’s current state-of-the-art air crew fatigue regulations (‘CAP 371’) which have contributed to the UK having the lowest accident rate in Europe. Those regulations are now under threat by potentially lower EU-standards to be set by EASA. And as those EASA rules will be legally bind all Member States, the UK will not be able to maintain and enforce our traditional and safe national standards.
