The way I see it is, kids in LDN just think differently. They are, often, a product of an inner-city urban setting that doesn't seem to be the best influence on them (IMO IMO IMO!). We don't know this person, neither do we fully know the reasons behind his actions and we probably never will.
As far as Grime goes Maniac's beats are sick and I agree with Mattron. I will still buy his tunes but that is cos I see them for what they are: good tunes. I dunno, I'm not heartless but I can separate his tunes from his actions.
Question that interests me:
If another DJ dropped one of his tunes in their own set, would you walk away in protest?

I wouldnt walk out the room, its just someones personal feeling towards showing any support for him. Also we do know why he did it because the MSN convo was released to the public and why they did it was absolutely disgusting, no matter where he is from attempting to murder someone to aid your career is a disgrace.

very good point although the point i was trying to make is that we will never know his full state of mind. it's all well and good us saying it's 'disgusting' etc but then we would be as bad as the tabloids.
the courts will give him his sentence.
once the judicial system has given it's verdict i don't think it is my responsibility to pass judgement and sentence him again on something that he has already been punished for....
