Well, I don't think so, every single society at least shares some moral values with every other, even societies that developed in a complicated isolated manner. So morality must be innate. In turn this means that every society that has survived until now, has some sort of moral aspect. I'm not saying that is the only reason, there are many factors, but it suggests irrefutably that most people are intrinsically 'good' and society oriented.

That's exactly it, I think also his manner is shitty too. In interviews he gets angry from the second the interview starts rather than calmly deconstructing people's arguments and appealing to people's sense of rationality. I much prefer the Christopher Hitchens school of debating where he just calmly picks their arguments to pieces and in the process makes anyone who goes against him look like a massive bellend.

Also dressing up in a ballet outfit and pretending to be a cat on live TV didn't earn him any favours either.
