Man I feel the same actually, especially of late... I've been trying to listen to some different stuff, but the dubstep keeps pulling me back in! I now have a 3 CD classical compilation on constant rotation in the car... Anyway, non-electronic listening includes:
Band of Horses
Nirvana
Kings of Leon
Husky Rescue
Cinematic Orchestra
Ghost (everyone should own Freedom of Thought)
Ludovico Einauldi
Thomas Newman
Johann Johannsson
I know there are a few classical musicians in there, but they deserve the mention
I also listen to a load of trip hop and electronica i.e. Jon Hopkins, Trentmoller, Apparat etc. In hitting the reset button, Orbital for me are peerless. But that's electronic, and so not on topic so much!

I know what you mean..
I just kept them separate for this thread cos when I OD on electronic, hiphop seems to helps me reset (and tbh, vice versa... when I listen to a ton of hiphop, it is equally nice to throw on some electronic to balance it out).
This thread has worked out nicely - a lot of great reminders of things I haven't listened to in ages!
