Well, if you look at the language her manager uses when asked about this quote, he doesn't deny that she said it. Also, Lady Gaga never denied she had a peen with Barbara Walters. You have to look at the phrasing of the questions she is asked carefully, they don't really address the issue. its a common tactic that people use when they want to put a rumor to rest but don't want to lie about it.
