Is N-type sole selector for this comp or is there a selection panel ???
If not then who is on it ???
so I can bribe them...

we didn't go through details yet.. but
paul rose and me are leading this project and n-type is mixing it
so you can expect selector(s) from that area

N-Type's the only selector so far...

so can i just send a link of our Ratz Inn Amaze mix to Dubway, Paulie hotflush and N-type to pick a tune or 2 of it depending on whether they think we're unreleased, underground, unforgiveable and unrepentant ???
given my shit dial up and the hassles i have down/uploading it'd be easier to do that...
...what say you ???

please do it like everybody else..
cos if we have to go through so many tunes - we have to have them all in one place..
upload a 128kbps clip if you have upload problems - but please put it on the server cos otherway it wont be considered

Ok but we're gonna be hard pressed to pick just 3 tunes...
...and that's not even counting the new ones
Next thing is does this mix have a name, it's real important to name it so it has a life of it's own ???
I was thinking "taking it overground" but maybe a competition to name it and another to design the artwork ???
the prize being a tshirt I could whip up, some goodies from a few bigboy producers and a free copy of the mix
what thinks you ???

...you bastiches !!!
I'll get on it in the next couple of days...
...in the mean time please can we give it a title other than "dubway"s dubstep forum compilation mix by up and coming producers"

The name depends on the content, the content depends on N-Type (& a few others), so I think you should be patient and wait for whatever they come up with.
i've had another idea about uploading your tunes. Why not go to somewhere that does have broadband?

this mix is made by forum members for forum members.
that's why i think you should give it a name and artwork which is made and voted by you
btw, i have to big up dubmugga for being very constructive this year

i personally don't want the words 'underground' or 'overground' in the title. it's kind of cheesy.

CONTAGION -
2. Psychology. The spread of a behavior pattern, attitude, or emotion from person to person or group to group through suggestion, propaganda, rumor, or imitation.
3. A harmful, corrupting influence: feared that violence on television was a contagion affecting young viewers.
4. The tendency to spread, as of a doctrine, influence, or emotional state.
The likelihood of significant economic changes in one country spreading to other countries. This can refer to either economic booms or economic crises.
then we could do a viral warning package with lots of yellow and black danger stuff, an infectious substance sticker, handle with care type of thing, bar codes, guys in white chem hazard suits and make it real gritty, grimey and scary looking ???
somehow i think this comp is not gonna be that nasty but chock more full of contemplative irie half steppas in which case we could call it something like "tranquility base", do a moon map, grab an image from here and give it an outer space theme

is it possible to keep a list with all the tracks already uploaded?
when I've uploaded my first there was no confirmation it works, so I'd like to be sure it's ok.
