if i were to only brush once a day, it would make the most sense to do it in the morning/before i leave for the day

I confess, I only really brush in a morning, I know I should brush at night aswell, but usually I'm too lazy and I'll just swill my mouth with some purple listerine... My favourite toothpaste is aqua fresh, I tried using that sensodyn shit from the adverts but didn't like the taste... When we're broke though my mum buys 19p asda value toothpaste, I'd rather just go get a knife and scrape my teeth clean cos that stuff is awful... but wow a thread on toothpaste, and zena knows about the strawberry toothpaste, that stuff was the best!

Mornings only, tried brushing at night but was too much effort. I'm not really in at night to brush though. My teeth have gone to shit in the past couple of years though.

Once bought a pack of 20 tooth brushes from poundland and after one brush all of the bristles had come off in my mouth.

I quite like the taste of it because I have used it for a long time. Normal toothpaste just tastes artificially of mint.
