I've been djing longer than some of you have been alive (1987) Trust me when I say this... Technics are king. They are by FAR the most durable and well constructed turntable out there. They are built like a tank and have a 23 year track record behind the basic 1200 design. That is why they are the best, no questions asked. Pair them with serato scratch live and a rane ttm-56 or 57 for the win.
