evil ed's take on a lot his solo lp's rings true for me, effectively that half of the lp's are amazing, the other half appauling (or maybe misunderstood)
there's certainly some bomb tracks but the lp's suffered from the high volume they came out, and from the hit and miss nature of the beats (i've never looked closely enough at it to determine whether any fingers should be pointed at keith or kurt.
