I thought about this a second before sharing it - since it's one of my personal favorites and I'd hate to see it get overused - but once you've wrapped your head around synthesizing a Reese from scratch, go ahead and give this a try if you have VST support:

Hotel Sinus - Reese (Big version)

Thing is fookin' candy.
