Well big changes are coming this year for me. I basically need to consolidate or end some of the projects I am on right now unfortunately, can't really go into detail on that at the moment but basically I need to free up more time and then totally change the way I am approaching music and the way I am going to do that is start a live act. I always wanted to stay away from that and was satisfied with djing but no longer. Have no idea what will become of this because I haven't really begun work on it yet but plans to meet up for a but of a jam session is about to be scheduled. Also I will be working on a project of putting together tracks for my friends band. Kinda mixdown but also with creative license and dealing with a lot of live instruments so I can think outside of my box which should be liberating. I am fine at this moment with my dubstep output being further in between. Working on trying to get myself into the post-genre mode tbh. So all my projects will be moving in different directions as this year goes on and I hope to be in a totally different place and happier creatively by 11.

I'd like to release something. Just to get the ball rolling. Feel like I've got a long way to go before I'm genuinely happy with my results, but there's an awful lot of rubbish out there being released on small labels and I'm pretty confident that my material is better than a lot of mediocre shite that's seen official release (albeit clearly not on a par with the kind of labels I'd like to be aiming for - usual suspects like Hessle, Hotflush, Sandwell, Ostgut, Modern Love etc). I suspect I could probably some kind of small time deal if I set my sights low enough but I guess it's a question of pride and standards, both in terms of the label and of my own output.

want to keep improving my productions. want to think outside the box more. want to have enough tracks of unquestionable quality, enough to pick from for an LP release.

to bring a bit more originality to my productions and being more open minded about the whole thing.
improving my mixing down skills. spending more time improving my drums.
Then eventually hopefully a beatport dubstep top 100

Just keep producing and getting better. By end of year wanna have a couple of songs online and start feeding copies about. Feel like I'm almost ready to starting getting feedback from more people. Keep loving making beats more than anything else I can think of at the moment. :D

Looking forward to the months ahead, got my first release coming out on Futurism (on the B side of FUR004). Feel like I've really got into the flow of things this year and am enjoying producing more than ever. One thing I'd really like to get into is DJing though. Once I've saved up a few pennies I shall invest in another 1210 and a decent mixer (currently got one 1210 which I bought for sampling/listening to vinyl).

to start fresh as a new project with maybe 4-6 fresh tunes(i mean serious tunes, with mixdowns done in a professional studio, maybe also with mastering too)...and see what will happen  i know i can make some good tunes, but i'm not a patient man...so i need to work on my patience alot ;)

Make each tune better than the one I finished before it, and get a 12" out before I'm 19...
