It's not free, but it's really cheap. The license costs 60 bucks which is a steal compared to other DAWs. The demo is fully functional and there is no time limit, but if you plan to use it for a long period of time I would suggest paying for it so they can continue to work on it and make it even better.Reaper is probably your best bet. It's a FULL DAW and for some silly reason it's free. It has so many options that it might be a bit intimidating at first though.

Too much beef against Reason man, its not what you use its how to you it. That's what i have always been taught. But, that only works to a certain extend tho.
