You can't change your name on an account once it's setup. You can either use the existing name, or start a new account.

As this account only has 8 posts associated with it, it's not really a big thing either way.

I kno for a fact an administrator could change the name on the account. I've used PHPBB before& in the admin control panel you can change users names. That's all I want.

Also, this page shows up on google, so it has more views than we think

You can't have your username changed on DSF. Either make a new account or carry on using this one.

It's a simple request for the board administrator to do.

I just realized that I have 1000+ hits for Angookie on google :/

I'm going to end up paying some one to remove all of this stuff.

Like I said: I want the publicity of this topic, but I don't want people to open it up and come to Angookie.

Again, you can't have your username changed on here. If it's bothering you that much, stop using the account and start a new one with the name you want to use.

Changing or deleting names changes the forum's database file. One small corruption to this file could potentially crash the whole forum, so we don't allow changes for that reason alone.
