What about everyone else involved in the production of the album? engineers, studio managers, session musicians, producers, mastering engineers, distribution, marketing, assistant engineers, musicians, scratch vocalists, agents, label owners, artists?

Do they have enough money too?
Um, she's on jive.

But in all sincerity, if the album turns out to be exceptionally good, I will pay for it(I'm doubtful about that, though...). Also, as i'm sure you know, no one makes money off of record sales anymore, it's all about shows. Depending on how it turns out, Rusko production plus britney fan-girl sluts = WIN

No the point here is that the singer/artist's themselves don't make money out of record sales, but everyone else needs that money to live off. The recording engineers won't be making money off of the live shows will they (unless they are recording them :) )

I'm not having a go specifically at you, It's just people need to realize that they can't justify downloading an album illegally simply because "the artist and label exec's have enough money already" there's a lot of other people that need to be payed for their craft and hard work.

Again, not attacking you it's just something that needs to brought to attention

:D

Fair enough if you hate music because you think it is shit.

But hating it because someone else likes it...
