I thought TiS was a bit over-hyped, very simplistic and inaccurate in places, much prefer Dead Man's Shoes. TiS has a very simple storyline, which is very loose and ill thought out. For example the part when Shaun's mum enters the cafe, to express her disgust to the gang, her son was involved with, then decides, no its OK, for her son will to be with you and he'll be fine.

The fact that it indicates towards the end that all Combos anger seemed to be based on the fact he dint have a father (which was never addressed previously!).

By '83 the portrayed switch from skinheads as style cult to skin heads as thugs had long since happened.

Could have been so much better if Meadows had tied up the loose ends. Still a good film just not his best.

Percy Sledge 8)

Recording 86 on Sky+ though, will watch it at some point in the near future.

I think what makes it for me is the choice of actors and how they all seem to get on together so well.

And no firky it isnt that one lol I wouldnt suck her tits if I took her down the garden and she offered me. She actually looks half normal in real life.

yeah but he's fine now and back in the show cos in 1986 shamanic witchdoctors from barnsley finally worked out how to bring back the dead
Milky didn't get killed, just beaten up? Didn't the little kid's mother say "Milky's gonna be alright" at the end of the movie?

Now the actor who plays Shaun has grown up he isnt quite as endearing as he was in the film. Still a good little actor though.

Also Woody needs to sort that fringe out.
