i've got the Mala mix from Radio 1 in May 2005 which appears to be in 320k quality format.

Any mixes recorded straight to a computer then converted to a decent VBR should sound fine. If the quality still isn't good enough, that's what the Dubstep Allstars / Tectonic Plates / etc CD's are for.
yeah i pick up cds if i can. got dubstep allstars 2,3 and 4, all sick.
