looking forward to looking at the samples
You've picked a he'll of a comp to start with. Bare minimal sample pack! Gonna be a hard one...

it's a nice change from some other packs - will have to work to get original sounds, but part of the appeal of these comps for me is to force me to work slightly differently to my normal style.

I got mine finished last night, definatly a lot of fun. Oddly enough the drums were the hardest thing to get sorted, even though they made up 50% of the pack. Im gonna sit on it till the deadline incase I have an urge to fiddle :mrgreen:

Haha. Awesome pack. I'm kinda busy at the moment but might have a go at it nonetheless, would love to see what could come out of this.

I've actually been really enjoying this sample pack, I mean, constrobuz is clearly a bastard for subjecting us to this XD but resampling AGAIN and AGAIN and AGAIN trying to get a FUCKING SUB BASS. Has actually been quite theraputic ;)

Excited to hear what people manage to pull out of their asses with this one.

I've sat and played with this pack, resampling, since my last post...this pack is a beast. Wonder how long its gonna take me to get a sine outta this.... :mrgreen:

I gave up and settled for a slightly mangled one that has a bit more growl than I'd like but it will do...

How hard can it be?

1) Loop a short cycle of just about anything
2) Tune a bandpass filter with high resonance to the right frequency
3) Run it through the same bandpass filter about 10 times
4) -----> sine wave
5) Saturate it
6) -----> square wave

oh wait, i wasn't meant to tell you that was i.... -q-

That's what I was doing but I got bored after resampling it about four tomes XD
