i dig psy:am, stinkahbell, cairo, alexis k, megalodon, kid simple, f3tch, vishnu, sparc, ylem, hulk, and dont know if you can call them up and coming, but also loving boot, sook + droid sector. im sure i left some out too.
also keep an eye out for a lad named Distemper should have stuff out soon, heard a few bits and they are killer.
