The original was a Janet Jackson sample just pitched down but they've had to do it with a new vocal over the top because of some law about sampling and copyright or something... There's a thread about this http://www.dubstepforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=36&t=166220

On a numbers newsletter last month/maybe a couple of months ago, it had a list of forthcoming releases, and Jamie xx - Far Nearer/Beat For was 3rd on that list. Not sure other than that.
Best thing I've woken up to in a long time, BOUGHT!
Any idea how 'limited' it is?

I also have never bought directly from Numbers before, to be honest it wasn't the best experience information or communication wise. The link to buy the Vinyl + MP3s takes you straight to Paypal, they don't ask you for any personal information at all, not even an address, and when you've submitted payment you don't get anything except confirmation from Paypal.
I assume they will be in touch regarding a download link and address info, but I'd advise them to take a look at their ecommerce process and improve it somewhat.
EDIT: about 10 mins after I wrote that the d/l link came through, so it's not all bad!

i think the process is correct, it's very quick, obviously uses your paypal address... win imo, just hope delivery is as quick as redeye as i didn't see it was available elsewhere til after i bought it from numbers

also bought vinyl + 320k mp3s instead of wavs
True enough, it was damn quick! I suppose it does use the default paypal address, but I hope I had my work address set as default in that case.
