A few that get heavy rotation in my house / car:

Ten Tons Heavy (Planet Mu)
Tectonic Plates Vols 1 & 2 (Tectonic)
Steppas Delight - Vols 1 and 2, but the first one is perfect (Soul Jazz)
5 Years of... (Hyperdub)
Box Of Dub (Soul Jazz)
Soundboy Punishments (Skull Disco)
Worth The Weight - Bristol Dubstep Classics (Punch Drunk)

...and the Dubstep Allstars mixes on Tempa go without saying.
Hit that long lunar note and let it float ...

No one mentioned Hotflush Space and Time ... This is one of the best dubstep compilation imo. Quiet old but still fresh : http://www.hotflushrecordings.com/hotflush/HFLP001.html

And on another tip, not really dubstep but heavy vibes : Beat Dimensions vol 2 : http://www.rushhour.nl/store_detailed.php?item=50816
