Oh FFS Murky!

What's your budget? I once got EXTREMELY lucky after getting an ex Eurostar tickets and a hotel room... it's like a boomerang gift, you give it away and it comes RIGHT BACK AND DOES UNSPEAKABLE THINGS TO YOU.

Tickets to a show...or a serious play with someone famous in it if she's the culture type.

Vinyl of a song/Album she loves in a frame? Ive given a few albums to friends, most recent being Glass swords to someone who loves it more than I do and that went down well.

I got my gf a surprise trip to a festival including getting her the day off without her knowing for her last birthday. 8)

Some ideas as to what shes into would help!

fucking smooth, especially the day off bit.

Might just have to go raid oxford street considering its late night shopping, thought of that though is pretty uninviting

My present ramblings/advice in genral:

I personally avoid clothes and such as as well as I know her my idea of what looks good does not match hers!
Unless she has picked up say a coat and said "aww I love this but its too much £" or something I would have to be stupidly confident to go with it
Same with perfume and the idea of spending £60 on coco channel made me feel abit ill.

Vouchers are the worst things you can get anyone as its screams
"I have no idea what you like and im too lazy to put the thought in" (unless its a voucher for an experience like hot air ballons etc etc)

Load of photos made up and put into a good frame is a good one as its abit of thought!

Need to have a think!

Think I've mentioned this before, but if my GF expresses an interest in anything whatsoever over the course of the year, I add it to a list I keep in my diary/phone.

Then when birthday/Xmas rolls round, I consult the list, buy a half dozen or so items off there, top up with DVD/book/CD as required and HEY PRESTO look like a god when the inevitable "Oh my god, I can't believe you remembered!" comments start
