I've been going to the west indian centre since 2006 and never, ever had any shit unlike town where there's at least 1 aggy tnuc, punter or bouncer! You should've told security instead of whinging about it on the internet later, like now

Last one I went to (Johnny Clarke & Mala 5th June) saw a chain pop and guy went for mine as well but nothing happened. There was about 4 guys walking around hooded up, obviously not there for the music. Spoke to a random rasta who just said, they can't do anything about it... Not hating because loved both times but it's very dodgy and unpleasant viewing! You're better off looking like a tramp going there, probably fit in more in the dnb room and attracts less attention!

thats shit, hate hearing about stuff like that but it happens all the time, well not so much anymore but ever since i was about 13 i've known it to be happenin at dances. always thought it was just a London thing. mainly Grime/early dubstep raves but more recently as the crowd transfers its getting worse. and also cos of dubstep being trendy you get a lot of groups in one place can kick off easily.

people need to grow a backbone and stand up for each other, if there's a small group of people out for trouble theres still a heck load more of people that are there for a good time and could just easily get it under control if they worked together.

Definitely mate. But it's like the prisoner's dillemma - if you stand up and no one else does then it's just you with the bloody face while all the other suckers gaze on. Depends if you mind getting a bloody face... takes nuts tbh but you could be proud of yourself for doing it at least.
