Nah, it's more to do with the fact that Timbaland Production doesn't mean that it's actually him that produced it now. He has teams of guys working for him making tunes released as Timbaland Productions. One of my lecturers at uni was talking about one of the tunes someone else made a while ago.

I also agree that the track in the post above is the best Timbaland beat
